Sponsorship

Sponsorship

Sponsorship is an initiative of Plan International Netherlands (PIN), the program is designed to uplift children and their families by providing access to essential services and education

By sponsoring a child, your contribution extends beyond individual support and reaches highly vulnerable families in various ways. The program focuses on child protection, safeguarding against harm, gender-based violence, and child labor. Additionally, it ensures access to education through support for high school and vocational training. The program also includes essential services such as health insurance and disability assessments, as well as initiatives to strengthen family resilience. Through parenting programs and birth certificate registration drives, families receive comprehensive support. Moreover, economic empowerment initiatives, including financial capability training and business start-up kits, are provided to enhance the livelihoods of sponsored children’s parents. By embracing and strengthening vulnerable families, Plan International’s sponsorship program aims to create a sustainable impact on children’s well-being and future prospects.

Reduce the social and economic barriers to education allowing children to realize their dreams
